The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Battal Seyyit Bedel made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Derman Tuğaltay sent off a good shot on target. Battal Seyyit Bedel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battal Gazi Bozdağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Gwidon Wiatrak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GAZİKENT FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience was convinced that Gwidon Wiatrak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Battal Seyyit Bedel was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Songur Alyakut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Çağrı Riayet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by GAZİKENT FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edoardo Pelliccia was slow to take the kick. During this time Kurfalı SK's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derman Tuğaltay in the 20th minute of play forced Kurfalı SK's goalkeeper Battal Seyyit Bedel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Derman Tuğaltay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Battal Seyyit Bedel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Gwidon Wiatrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Kurfalı SK defense, Battal Gazi Bozdağ kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Battal Seyyit Bedel. The Kurfalı SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Battal Seyyit Bedel should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gwidon Wiatrak got free with Battal Seyyit Bedel in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Asaf Aktaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Battal Seyyit Bedel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Songur Alyakut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halil Can İhtiyar in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by GAZİKENT FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edoardo Pelliccia was slow to take the kick. During this time Kurfalı SK's players had a chance to rest. GAZİKENT FK's Songur Alyakut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edoardo Pelliccia in the 39th minute of play. Nikola Maksimović hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Battal Seyyit Bedel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Derman Tuğaltay in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Çağrı Riayet to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Kurfalı SK's Edoardo Pelliccia got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Songur Alyakut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emirşah Davutoğlu in the 58th minute of play. After 59 played minutes GAZİKENT FK got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Wiatrak. Battal Seyyit Bedel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Wiatrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, GAZİKENT FK's Gwidon Wiatrak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Battal Seyyit Bedel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Edoardo Pelliccia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurfalı SK's Garip Eryiğit was substituted for Nikola Maksimović. Ahmet Çağrı Riayet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songur Alyakut having to interfere. Ahmet Çağrı Riayet in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Songur Alyakut, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 93 minutes into the match, Kurfalı SK's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno De Putter came free, but Battal Seyyit Bedel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Battal Seyyit Bedel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno De Putter, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Songur Alyakut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Çağrı Riayet in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The GAZİKENT FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kurfalı SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
