The referee ignored BeŞiKtAş07's protests and gave Burhanettin Şevki a yellow card for diving instead. BeŞiKtAş07:s Cipriano Berdoi showed great skill when he stopped Abdülhak İhtişam:s penalty. The Kurfalı SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some careless play in the Kurfalı SK defense, Ali Atıf Ulus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Battal Seyyit Bedel. The Kurfalı SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Battal Seyyit Bedel should have stopped the shot. With his leg Battal Seyyit Bedel managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when BeŞiKtAş07's Jonatan Andreasson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kurfalı SK's Battal Seyyit Bedel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Atıf Ulus in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Kurfalı SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Atıf Ulus came free, but Battal Seyyit Bedel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kurfalı SK's Kia Irwansyah got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Ali Atıf Ulus took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Battal Seyyit Bedel. Battal Seyyit Bedel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Atıf Ulus's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute of the match BeŞiKtAş07 got a corner. Kurfalı SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonatan Andreasson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led BeŞiKtAş07's Jonatan Andreasson to fire away a dangerous shot which Battal Seyyit Bedel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Halil Can İhtiyar hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute Tolga Oğuralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Berdoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Battal Seyyit Bedel came out of the goal and Ali Atıf Ulus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Battal Seyyit Bedel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürhan Tansoy in the 90th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Gürhan Tansoy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Battal Seyyit Bedel. Kurfalı SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gürhan Tansoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Ali Atıf Ulus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battal Seyyit Bedel having to interfere. The BeŞiKtAş07 support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
