Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Halis Secaattin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Halis Secaattin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yakup Kadri Ayalp in the 6th minute. If Gürsel Eyüp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Küçükdere SK's Evren Mübarek got a free kick in the 13th minute. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 14th minute, but Halis Secaattin got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Küçükdere SK hanging dry this time. Yeniçeriler were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Küçükdere SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fazıl Tekrim took the corner. Cafer Uygur tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Halis Secaattin. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 16th minute. After 21 minutes of play, Yeniçeriler's Saffet Heybetli made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Halis Secaattin was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Küçükdere SK's Halis Secaattin got control of the ball when Yakup Kadri Ayalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Küçükdere SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Arif Ülkümen to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Fazıl Tekrim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Saffet Heybetli took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Halis Secaattin to make any attempt to save it. Yeniçeriler's Kamuran Kayaer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamza Salikbey in the 37th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saffet Heybetli to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Yeniçeriler's Tibet Işılay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Halis Secaattin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 56th minute Tibet Işılay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halis Secaattin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Küçükdere SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mithat Adıvar to maneuver through the defense. Halis Secaattin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saffet Heybetli in the 63rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Küçükdere SK's zone, Saffet Heybetli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halis Secaattin came out of the goal and Saffet Heybetli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Halis Secaattin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tibet Işılay, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Halis Secaattin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yakup Kadri Ayalp in the 72nd minute of play. Sinan Erzincanlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamuran Kayaer having to interfere. In the 81st match minute, Yeniçeriler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaser Talaykut to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Yeniçeriler's goalkeeper Kamuran Kayaer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sinan Erzincanlı. Küçükdere SK's Halis Secaattin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yakup Kadri Ayalp in the 87th minute of play. Halis Secaattin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazıl Tekrim, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After some careless play in the Küçükdere SK defense, Yakup Kadri Ayalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Halis Secaattin. The Küçükdere SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Halis Secaattin should have stopped the shot. Yeniçeriler made a substitution. Anıl Ege Temizkan replaced Yaser Talaykut. Küçükdere SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
