Horwich's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Sharf Al Mofede scored to the left of an out of position Jamal Al Ramzi, making the score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sharf Al Mofede in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jamal Al Ramzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Krisztián Horváth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamal Al Ramzi having to interfere. A collision led to Horwich getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Saher Ashkanani hit a great ball. Jamal Al Ramzi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sharf Al Mofede showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. Jamal Al Ramzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sharf Al Mofede in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Horwich getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Edrees Al Arbash hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sharf Al Mofede in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jamal Al Ramzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Sharf Al Mofede sped through Horwich's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jamal Al Ramzi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krisztián Horváth in the 37th minute of play forced Horwich's goalkeeper Jamal Al Ramzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Medina were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Horwich's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jassem Al Asuosi took the corner. Riad Al Enzi was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Krisztián Horváth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jamal Al Ramzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharf Al Mofede in the 42nd minute of the match. Horwich's Jamal Al Ramzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sharf Al Mofede in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sharf Al Mofede to make the kick off. Jassem Al Asuosi struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Jamal Al Ramzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Medina. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Riad Al Enzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Medina's supporters rose to their feet, but Riad Al Enzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jamal Al Ramzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute Jassem Al Asuosi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jamal Al Ramzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horwich's Jamal Al Ramzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sharf Al Mofede in the 68th minute of play. Sharf Al Mofede took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jamal Al Ramzi. Jamal Al Ramzi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 75 minutes into the match, Horwich's goal looked a bit too open when Sharf Al Mofede came free, but Jamal Al Ramzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bashar Abo Al Hasan hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Jamal Al Ramzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharf Al Mofede in the 80th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Horwich defense, Krisztián Horváth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jamal Al Ramzi. The Horwich fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jamal Al Ramzi should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the game, Fadhel Mandane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horwich's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Medina the free kick. After a rather tough play, Horwich's Fadhel Mandane got a free kick in the 86th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sadeq Al Ali in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jamal Al Ramzi saved Horwich from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Horwich's Khalaf Khaja got a free kick in the 89th minute.
