May Kropotov ran over to the corner to take the kick. 37 minutes into the match, Sportkarelclub FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denizhan Tolgan came free, but 董建坤 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sportkarelclub FC's Afanasiy Dyachkov got a free kick in the 38th minute. Florencio Mouricio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Dragan Rikanović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC 2 October getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Herman Hall hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boris Hotimskiy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Boris Hotimskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 董建坤 having to interfere. If Florencio Mouricio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Veniamin Shashkov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dragan Rikanović was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Sportkarelclub FC's zone, Boris Hotimskiy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 董建坤 came out of the goal and Boris Hotimskiy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC 2 October's Dragan Rikanović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Mouricio in the 71st minute of play. Dragan Rikanović came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportkarelclub FC's Florencio Mouricio. But to his dismay, Florencio Mouricio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Boris Hotimskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Sportkarelclub FC's 董建坤 got control of the ball when Boris Hotimskiy tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute Veniamin Shashkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragan Rikanović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FC 2 October defense, Veniamin Shashkov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dragan Rikanović. The FC 2 October fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dragan Rikanović should have stopped the shot.
