After 11 played minutes Балтика -95 Калининград got a freekick which was hit by Dmitriy Didorenko. 12 minutes in the game Miron Kalashnikov after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Kir Kachalov. A very good opportunity. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirill Ivanshin in the 15th minute of play forced FC GAZprom's goalkeeper Adélio Camargo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergey Dorofeev hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, FC GAZprom's Maksim Lobanovskiy ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kir Kachalov. Kir Kachalov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maksim Lobanovskiy in the 23rd minute of the match. Noah Gessen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Kir Kachalov made a huge save. Adélio Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marat Chernodarov in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Sergey Dorofeev managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC GAZprom's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergey Dorofeev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kir Kachalov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kir Kachalov was a little too slow when Sergey Dorofeev got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-0. After a rather tough play, FC GAZprom's Maksim Lobanovskiy got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Maksim Lobanovskiy made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, FC GAZprom's Noah Gessen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kir Kachalov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Adélio Camargo made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Pavel Denisov sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maksim Lobanovskiy in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kir Kachalov saved Балтика -95 Калининград from getting behind. A collision led to FC GAZprom getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Vyacheslav Rozhkov hit a great ball. Adélio Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Denisov in the 66th minute of the match. A collision led to Балтика -95 Калининград getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Marat Chernodarov hit a great ball. Adélio Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirill Ivanshin in the 69th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC GAZprom's zone, Maksim Proskurin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adélio Camargo came out of the goal and Maksim Proskurin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Балтика -95 Калининград's Kir Kachalov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksim Lobanovskiy in the 73rd minute of play. FC GAZprom's Maksim Lobanovskiy managed to work through Балтика -95 Калининград's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Maksim Lobanovskiy dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Noah Gessen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergey Dorofeev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kir Kachalov having to interfere. Kir Kachalov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksim Lobanovskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Pavel Denisov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Балтика -95 Калининград fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 87 minutes of play, Балтика -95 Калининград's Pavel Denisov made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adélio Camargo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adélio Camargo made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Kirill Ivanshin sent off a good shot on target. Sergey Dorofeev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pavel Denisovs short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Adélio Camargo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adélio Camargo made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Kirill Ivanshin sent off a good shot on target.
