When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Anton Karpinskiy took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Frutos Mallo to make any attempt to save it. Frutos Mallo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maksim Ivaschenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Froilan Sol lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. If Igor Blauberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pavel Belousov made in the 26th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Maksim Ivaschenko however managed to control. Курск ФК's Frutos Mallo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Курск ФК from getting a goal against them. Danila Skvirskiy took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frutos Mallo. Frutos Mallo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Курск ФК's attentive Vasiliy Kulakov managed to snatch the ball when Pavel Belousov made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. Frutos Mallo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Blauberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maksim Ivaschenko in the 41st minute of play forced Курск ФК's goalkeeper Frutos Mallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timofey Makogon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Timofey Makogon was the one to do the kick off. Курск ФК's Frutos Mallo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksim Ivaschenko in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Danila Skvirskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frutos Mallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute of the match, Timofey Makogon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Evgeniy Kolesnikov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. FK Amur's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Timofey Makogon 69 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. A sloppy throw-in by Pavel Belousov in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Курск ФК's Taras Baranov. Konstantin Lukyanovich took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frutos Mallo. Frutos Mallo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Frutos Mallo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Blauberg in the 90th minute of play. A throw-in in the 91st minute of the game was made by Pavel Belousov with Maksim Ivaschenko as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Frutos Mallo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Lukyanovich, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Курск ФК's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
