In the 30th minute, Sultan Bahroh made a precise shot to the right of Hamzah Al Jalahma. Kentish Town's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Kentish Town:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kuwait SC:s goal. After 38 minutes of play, Kuwait SC's Sultan Bahroh made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hamzah Al Jalahma was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hamzah Al Jalahma came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kuwait SC's Hakem Boften. But to his dismay, Hakem Boften quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Sultan Bahroh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamzah Al Jalahma having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Meshal Al Naqi to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sultan Bahroh got free with Hamzah Al Jalahma in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kuwait SC played a much better game than Kentish Town and deserved their victory. The Kentish Town players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
