The audience was convinced that Chepe Hellerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yehoshua Gronberg was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chepe Hellerman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Avishai Itzikson managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Manshiya's supporters rose to their feet, but Avishai Itzikson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chaim Kos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Dael Dotan fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Brosh's protests and gave Dael Dotan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Manshiya booed when SC Brosh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dael Dotan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yehonadav Abbebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yehoshua Gronberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chepe Hellerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute of the match Gedaliah Avitahl sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chaim Kos skillfully saved the ball. Yehoshua Gronberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chepe Hellerman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, SC Brosh's goal looked a bit too open when Yehonadav Abbebe came free, but Chaim Kos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yehoshua Gronberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Brosh. Chepe Hellerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yehoshua Gronberg having to interfere. Yehoshua Gronberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chepe Hellerman in the 98th minute of the match.
