An unexpectedly hard shot by Jericho Reshef in the 19th minute of play forced TigerFlame's goalkeeper Toviyahu Magid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Kadmiel Sheqel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TigerFlame's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kadmiel Sheqel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Duby Luzon managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ashquelon's supporters rose to their feet, but Duby Luzon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toviyahu Magid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute, Kadmiel Sheqel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jericho Reshef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toviyahu Magid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duby Luzon in the 34th minute. Jericho Reshef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Toviyahu Magid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duby Luzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toviyahu Magid having to interfere. When Regev Hasky fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TigerFlame's protests and gave Regev Hasky a yellow card for diving instead.

The wind increased when Zane Cardy made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Matityahu Hen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes TigerFlame got a freekick which was hit by Regev Hasky. Shefer Gamber was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Abbot Rafner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ashquelon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind TigerFlame's goalkeeper Toviyahu Magid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ranon Imroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Toviyahu Magid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jericho Reshef's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toviyahu Magid was relentless in the 65th minute of the game.
