Spectators: 7734 (Terracing: 5802, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Shimshon Okshi made the kick off which started today's match. Orev Bijou took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carmine Merom. FC Mejamia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Solomon Sutton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Solomon Sutton took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tzedkiyahu Goldfinger. Tzedkiyahu Goldfinger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Tzedkiyahu Goldfinger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Solomon Sutton in the 26th minute. When Shimshon Okshi came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the SC Balfouriyya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shimshon Okshi couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, SC Balfouriyya's Jedd Jacobs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carmine Merom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Shimshon Okshi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmine Merom was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Solomon Sutton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tzedkiyahu Goldfinger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Solomon Sutton in the 39th minute. Tzedkiyahu Goldfinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lev Silvera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, FC Mejamia's goal looked a bit too open when Shimshon Okshi came free, but Carmine Merom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Mejamia's zone, Jedd Jacobs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmine Merom came out of the goal and Jedd Jacobs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

After 52 minutes, Lev Silvera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Mejamia and the SC Balfouriyya players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in FC Mejamia's zone, Shimshon Okshi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmine Merom came out of the goal and Shimshon Okshi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lev Silvera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tzedkiyahu Goldfinger having to interfere. If Solomon Sutton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tzedkiyahu Goldfinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Solomon Sutton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shimshon Okshi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Carmine Merom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes of play, FC Mejamia's Lev Silvera made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tzedkiyahu Goldfinger was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of SC Balfouriyya booed when FC Mejamia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avitsur Kushnir didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ron Friedler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Shimshon Okshi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmine Merom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jedd Jacobs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carmine Merom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Shimshon Okshi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Balfouriyya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shimshon Okshi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carmine Merom came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Balfouriyya's Jedd Jacobs. But to his dismay, Jedd Jacobs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the SC Balfouriyya players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
