Prodromos Varelopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Samuel Jelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian-Gustavo Ronaldinho scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Jelm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, Jock Taylor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in SC Tsahala's zone, Prodromos Varelopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Jelm came out of the goal and Prodromos Varelopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Prodromos Varelopoulos had several of the SC Tsahala's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 34 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Samuel Jelm as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cristian-Gustavo Ronaldinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Jelm was a little too slow when Cristian-Gustavo Ronaldinho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 3-0. After 44 played minutes Prodromos Varelopoulos rounded SC Tsahala's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. With his leg Samuel Jelm managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Maccabi Netanya's Prodromos Varelopoulos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prodromos Varelopoulos was the one to do the kick off. Prodromos Varelopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, SC Tsahala's goal looked a bit too open when Prodromos Varelopoulos came free, but Samuel Jelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Prodromos Varelopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Tsahala's Samuel Jelm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Prodromos Varelopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Samuel Jelm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prodromos Varelopoulos in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Jelm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of SC Tsahala:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Maccabi Netanya:s goal. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Maccabi Netanya. Cristian-Gustavo Ronaldinho stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Samuel Jelm. 6-0. Samuel Jelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian-Gustavo Ronaldinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Samuel Jelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prodromos Varelopoulos in the 73rd minute of play. Samuel Jelm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prodromos Varelopoulos's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Dante Mancio's late challenge caught a Maccabi Netanya's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Mancio helped the player get up and apologised. Uriah Hildesheimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Samuel Jelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prodromos Varelopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Jelm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Prodromos Varelopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in SC Tsahala's zone, Orel Ort stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Jelm came out of the goal and Orel Ort tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SC Tsahala's Samuel Jelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriah Hildesheimer in the 90th minute of play. Samuel Jelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriah Hildesheimer in the 92nd minute of the match. Maccabi Netanya's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nikola Vlašić in the 97th minute. The corner led Maccabi Netanya's Nikola Vlašić to fire away a dangerous shot which Samuel Jelm despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Maccabi Netanya's Uriah Hildesheimer got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prodromos Varelopoulos in the 100th minute of play forced SC Tsahala's goalkeeper Samuel Jelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Maccabi Netanya fully deserved thier win.
