Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Archil Kobiashvili to make the kick off. Archil Kobiashvili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vadim Anghelache having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semen Gagnidze in the 55th minute of play forced Dinamo Baghdati's goalkeeper Taka Milakiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vadim Anghelache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khudji Goloviznin in the 58th minute of play. Weybridge were furious when Sachino Goraniskov was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Bichiko Dzotsenidze struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Paata Goloviznin's late challenge caught a Dinamo Baghdati's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
