Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iveri Sagharadze started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC KVALITI's Djoto Torotadze got a free kick in the 3rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Khristesia Kikalishvili in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sabir Arveladze saved FC KVALITI from getting behind. In the 10th match minute, FC KVALITI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Djoto Torotadze to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Amiran Andrzheevskiy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rioni Kutaisi AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Rioni Kutaisi AFC's goalkeeper Naskhida Sulaberidze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Taka Sulakvidze. Amiran Andrzheevskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabir Arveladze having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taka Sulakvidze got free with Naskhida Sulaberidze in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Djoto Torotadze fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC KVALITI's protests and gave Djoto Torotadze a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, FC KVALITI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Djoto Torotadze to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Rioni Kutaisi AFC's goalkeeper Naskhida Sulaberidze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Taka Sulakvidze. In the 38th minute, Gia Gogava got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Rioni Kutaisi AFC's Naskhida Sulaberidze got control of the ball when Taka Sulakvidze tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rioni Kutaisi AFC's Naskhida Sulaberidze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djoto Torotadze in the 41st minute of play. Sese Podolyakin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to FC KVALITI getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Merab Robakidze hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, FC KVALITI's goal looked a bit too open when Khristesia Kikalishvili came free, but Sabir Arveladze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Merab Robakidze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match Amiran Andrzheevskiy sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sabir Arveladze skillfully saved the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Arsen Jandieri made the kick off in the second half. FC KVALITI's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Arsen Jandieri 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. In the 63rd minute, Gia Gogava hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute of the match Djoto Torotadze shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naskhida Sulaberidze showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Naskhida Sulaberidze came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by FC KVALITI's Merab Robakidze. But to his dismay, Merab Robakidze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Sabir Arveladze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amiran Andrzheevskiy in the 71st minute. Rioni Kutaisi AFC's Naskhida Sulaberidze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iveri Sagharadze in the 73rd minute of play. Beka Sagharadze hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute of the match Zviadi Nad sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naskhida Sulaberidze skillfully saved the ball. Naskhida Sulaberidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taka Sulakvidze in the 82nd minute of play. Naskhida Sulaberidze stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iveri Sagharadze's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taka Sulakvidze in the 85th minute of play forced Rioni Kutaisi AFC's goalkeeper Naskhida Sulaberidze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Iveri Sagharadze notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Rioni Kutaisi AFC's Naskhida Sulaberidze. Naskhida Sulaberidze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Naskhida Sulaberidze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taka Sulakvidze, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC KVALITI had won after a very even match.
