An unexpectedly hard shot by Pirooz Shojaei in the 7th minute of play forced Pars FC's goalkeeper Genílson Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Farid Sohrabpour fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pars FC's protests and gave Farid Sohrabpour a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Farid Sohrabpour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farid Sohrabpour was shown his second yellow card after 13 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 17th minute, Kourosh Jabbari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kourosh Jabbari's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Genílson Queiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Pars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pirooz Shojaei came free, but Genílson Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Farhang Abpakhshi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pars FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Farhang Abpakhshi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Farhang Abpakhshi got free with Danush Kazemian in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Pars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kourosh Jabbari came free, but Genílson Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pirooz Shojaei to strike the kick off in the second half. Danush Kazemian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Farhang Abpakhshi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Kourosh Jabbari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Genílson Queiroz made a huge save. In the 92nd match minute, Pars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siamak Farnoudi to maneuver through the defense. When Kourosh Jabbari came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the sabaie qom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kourosh Jabbari couldn't finish the play. The sabaie qom players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
