Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Soheil Esmaeeli took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pasha Farnoudi hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Rackenford's Arya Homayoun got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Sheffield's goal looked a bit too open when Shahyar Tavakoli came free, but Hossein Taleblou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Soheil Esmaeeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khosrow Alviri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khosrow Alviri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Soheil Esmaeeli's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Heydar Sharifi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rackenford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heydar Sharifi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sheffield's Hossein Taleblou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahyar Tavakoli in the 17th minute of play. Shahyar Tavakoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hossein Taleblou was a little too slow when Farrokh Tahmasebi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-0. After having played for 29 minutes, Heydar Sharifi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rackenford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heydar Sharifi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Heydar Sharifi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rackenford's supporters rose to their feet, but Heydar Sharifi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hossein Taleblou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute Aref Ghoreishi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khosrow Alviri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute of the match Pouriya Daei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khosrow Alviri skillfully saved the ball. Farrokh Tahmasebi took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hossein Taleblou. Hossein Taleblou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Arya Homayoun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Farrokh Tahmasebi to strike the kick off in the second half. Rackenford's Arya Homayoun got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rackenford's Khosrow Alviri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soheil Esmaeeli in the 56th minute of play. Sahand Hasheminejad was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 56 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rackenford fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! After 60 played minutes Sheffield got a freekick which was hit by Jalil Bahonar. In the 68th play minute Aref Ghoreishi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Khosrow Alviri. 2-3. In the 78th minute Heydar Sharifi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hossein Taleblou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arya Homayoun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shahyar Tavakoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hossein Taleblou having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Sattar Ghods hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Shahyar Tavakoli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rackenford fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. Sheffield were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Rackenford's much stronger midfield.
