Zakaria Alinejad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daryoush Zahraei in the 3rd minute. Zakaria Alinejad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shahrokh Ghayeghran, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Heydar Kazemi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Serjik Sohrabpour managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kermanshah's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serjik Sohrabpour was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Petros United getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Daryoush Zahraei hit a great ball. Kermanshah's Zakaria Alinejad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Kermanshah from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute, Serjik Sohrabpour got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute, Serjik Sohrabpour ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mohammad Reza Karobi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 38 minutes into the match, sam Abadian dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zakaria Alinejad, 1-1. 43 minutes into the game, Heydar Kazemi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Mohammad Reza Karobi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serjik Sohrabpour stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Petros United's Hadi Omidvar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zakaria Alinejad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Serjik Sohrabpour blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mohammad Reza Karobi having to make a save. In the 64th minute Serjik Sohrabpour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammad Reza Karobi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serjik Sohrabpour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Heydar Kazemi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kermanshah's supporters rose to their feet, but Heydar Kazemi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mohammad Reza Karobi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Petros United's zone, Serjik Sohrabpour stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammad Reza Karobi came out of the goal and Serjik Sohrabpour tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zakaria Alinejad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siamak Fazel in the 78th minute of play. Zakaria Alinejad came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Petros United's Siamak Fazel. But to his dismay, Siamak Fazel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a rather tough play, Kermanshah's Farzin Samereh got a free kick in the 86th minute. Serjik Sohrabpour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Reza Karobi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by sam Abadian in the 94th minute of play forced Kermanshah's goalkeeper Zakaria Alinejad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zakaria Alinejad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siamak Fazel, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
