An unexpectedly hard shot by Morad Fazeli in the 3rd minute of play forced Petros United's goalkeeper Mohammad Reza Karobi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sepehr Ghayeghran hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Petros United's zone, Iraj Mansourian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammad Reza Karobi came out of the goal and Iraj Mansourian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 13 played minutes Petros United got a freekick which was hit by Kasra Mirzaei. In the 18th minute Kambiz Abedzadeh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammad Reza Karobi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Shahrooz Fazeli managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Petros United's Hadi Omidvar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 34th minute of the match, Siamak Fazel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Shahrooz Fazeli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 36th minute, Siamak Fazel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Shahrooz Fazeli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Shahrooz Fazeli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 48 minutes, Kasra Mirzaei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Petros United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kasra Mirzaei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Pasargad FC's zone, Siamak Fazel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shahrooz Fazeli came out of the goal and Siamak Fazel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, sam Abadian made a precise shot to the right of Shahrooz Fazeli. Pasargad FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 64 played minutes Petros United got a freekick which was hit by Hadi Taleblou. After some careless play in the Pasargad FC defense, Siamak Fazel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shahrooz Fazeli. The Pasargad FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shahrooz Fazeli should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Petros United's sam Abadian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shahrooz Fazeli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by sam Abadian in the 75th minute of play forced Pasargad FC's goalkeeper Shahrooz Fazeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If sam Abadian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shahrooz Fazeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siamak Fazel, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. sam Abadian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kambiz Abedzadeh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Mohammad Reza Karobi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohammad Reza Karobi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kambiz Abedzadeh in the 95th minute of the match.
