When Siamak Kavianpour fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lavendon AFC's protests and gave Siamak Kavianpour a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Lavendon AFC got a freekick which was hit by Siamak Kavianpour. Atash Pahlavi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Mohammad Reza Karobi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siamak Fazel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehrab Jahromi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arzhang Asslibasab in the 35th minute of play forced Petros United's goalkeeper Mohammad Reza Karobi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petros United's Mohammad Reza Karobi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atash Pahlavi in the 37th minute of play. Siamak Kavianpour was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Siamak Kavianpour hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Lavendon AFC's Atash Pahlavi got a free kick in the 48th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when sam Abadian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atash Pahlavi took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mohammad Reza Karobi. After 95 minutes of play Lavendon AFC's Davood samsami was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Davood samsami kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. In the 97thth minute of the game sam Abadian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lavendon AFC's Mehrab Jahromi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Lavendon AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Petros United from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
