Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1900, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when sam Abadian got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the A.C. Purples defense, sam Abadian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kianoosh Khalatbari. The A.C. Purples fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kianoosh Khalatbari should have stopped the shot. sam Abadian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Kianoosh Khalatbari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to A.C. Purples getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Hirad Taghavi hit a great ball. In the 19th match minute, A.C. Purples was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iraj Hasanzadeh to maneuver through the defense. sam Abadian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. sam Abadian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Kianoosh Khalatbari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Siamak Fazel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Koohyar Artoonian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Mohammad Reza Karobi made a huge save. A.C. Purples's Koohyar Artoonian got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Koohyar Artoonian to strike the kick off in the second half. If Makan Sanei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 61 minutes into the game, A.C. Purples's Koohyar Artoonian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mohammad Reza Karobi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers sam Abadian in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kianoosh Khalatbari saved A.C. Purples from getting behind. If Makan Sanei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Iraj Hasanzadeh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-2 became the score in the 78th minute when Siamak Fazel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 81 minutes into the game, Mehrak Moradian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.C. Purples's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Petros United the free kick. After recieving a nice pass, Petros United's Shahrokh Ghayeghran tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Koohyar Artoonian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
