Margate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC the free kick. After having played for 98 minutes, Sari Bo Hamad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sari Bo Hamad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC played a much better game than Margate and deserved their victory. The Margate players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
