Asanga Sawant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 8 played minutes FC Inter 77 got a freekick which was hit by Asanga Sawant. 9 minutes into the game, Avadha More recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vijay Kang. Avadha More showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, FC Inter 77's goal looked a bit too open when Mantosh Maheshwari came free, but Vijay Kang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dhavalacandra Salve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Anandroop Kaal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vijay Kang was a little too slow when Yadawa Bajaj got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-0. Dhavalacandra Salve hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Thinlay Naik might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vijay Kang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thinlay Naik ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Inter 77's Anandroop Kaal got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Dhavalacandra Salve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Avadha More stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Deodan Diyali kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Kahola Basra fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Inter 77's protests and gave Kahola Basra a yellow card for diving instead. Vaani Chaudhari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anandroop Kaal in the 74th minute of the match. Vijay Kang came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Dorney City's Mantosh Maheshwari. But to his dismay, Mantosh Maheshwari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Vaani Chaudhari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anandroop Kaal in the 84th minute of the match. If Kahola Basra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 90 minutes into the game, FC Inter 77's Dhavalacandra Salve nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vaani Chaudhari made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Anandroop Kaal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vaani Chaudhari having to interfere. Ajakasva Das's late challenge caught a Dorney City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ajakasva Das helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Inter 77 getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ajakasva Das hit a great ball. Many of FC Inter 77's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC Inter 77 may have spent more time on the ball, but Dorney City were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
