Frome United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave High Wycombe City the free kick. A collision led to Frome United getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Abhyudaya Naik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bhumisvara Deshpande, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute Vikram Parmar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abhyudaya Naik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Indrinika Siddhu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Kratupati Ghuman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bhumisvara Deshpande in the 16th minute of play forced High Wycombe City's goalkeeper Abhyudaya Naik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rajindar Nahal in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kratupati Ghuman saved Frome United from getting behind. Muralidhar Boparai scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abhyudaya Naik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abhyudaya Naik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aksaya Solanki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gurumurthi Rekhi's late challenge caught a Frome United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gurumurthi Rekhi helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Rajindar Nahal took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Kratupati Ghuman to make any attempt to save it. Rajindar Nahal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kratupati Ghuman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indrinika Siddhu in the 32nd minute of play. Vikram Parmar kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Rajindar Nahal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abhyudaya Naik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harstia Uppal in the 37th minute of the match. High Wycombe City's Indrinika Siddhu got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inan Tiwari's late challenge caught a Frome United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inan Tiwari hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Rajindar Nahal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kratupati Ghuman. Frome United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rajindar Nahal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aksaya Solanki made a kick off. Abhyudaya Naik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harstia Uppal in the 54th minute. High Wycombe City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Bhumisvara Deshpande scored to the left of an out of position Abhyudaya Naik, making the score, 2-2. Indrinika Siddhu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute, Inan Tiwari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Indrinika Siddhu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Indrinika Siddhu hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rajindar Nahal in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kratupati Ghuman prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
