Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) Balasubramanyam Sukhija started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ansu Mahmi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Alipriya Malhan made a huge save. In the 5th minute, Balasubramanyam Sukhija got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bisvajita Linyu kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Janacandra Jain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krpanaka Virk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Krpanaka Virk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Janacandra Jain was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ansu Mahmi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Balasubramanyam Sukhija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Janacandra Jain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krpanaka Virk in the 17th minute of play. Gaganjot Arora hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Atidatta Irani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Janacandra Jain was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Ansu Mahmi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. liverpool4life JFT 96's Janacandra Jain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krpanaka Virk in the 32nd minute of play. If Krpanaka Virk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Alipriya Malhan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Atidatta Irani was the one to do the kick off. Balasubramanyam Sukhija sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Balasubramanyam Sukhija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bombay Brats's zone, Balasubramanyam Sukhija stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alipriya Malhan came out of the goal and Balasubramanyam Sukhija tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Bombay Brats defense, Ansu Mahmi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alipriya Malhan. The Bombay Brats fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alipriya Malhan should have stopped the shot. Krpanaka Virk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janacandra Jain having to interfere. Gaganjot Arora hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Atidatta Irani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janacandra Jain read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. liverpool4life JFT 96's Janacandra Jain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atidatta Irani in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, liverpool4life JFT 96 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prakash Lyngdoh to maneuver through the defense. If Krpanaka Virk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balasubramanyam Sukhija struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Alipriya Malhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for liverpool4life JFT 96. In the 84th minute, Jayenda Kulkarni sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bombay Brats's Alipriya Malhan didn't even have to move. After 85 played minutes Bombay Brats got a freekick which was hit by Cunda Cheema. Bombay Brats's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
