Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Teja Nahal kicked off to start the match. Bodhinmanas Varma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Massem Gala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bury getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Pavitar Akhtar hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Bapudeva Sokhey sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Aditeya Dalvi threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Bapudeva Sokhey this time. When Anuyayin Jammu came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Polaris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anuyayin Jammu couldn't finish the play. With his leg Aditeya Dalvi managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Polaris's Campeya Reel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Campeya Reel might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aditeya Dalvi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Campeya Reel ran back to his position shaking his head. Dhanavanta Walia hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Campeya Reel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aditeya Dalvi having to interfere. After having played for 32 minutes, Teja Nahal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teja Nahal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Anuyayin Jammu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Teja Nahal came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Bury fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teja Nahal couldn't finish the play. Aditeya Dalvi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anuyayin Jammu to make the kick off. Teja Nahal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Massem Gala having to interfere. Massem Gala was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Akupara Khalsa. In the 66th minute Teja Nahal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Massem Gala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dhanavanta Walia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Polaris's goal looked a bit too open when Teja Nahal came free, but Massem Gala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 73 minutes, Bodhinmanas Varma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bodhinmanas Varma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bury's Teja Nahal got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Massem Gala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teja Nahal, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Campeya Reel in the 84th minute of play forced Bury's goalkeeper Aditeya Dalvi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Massem Gala made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Teja Nahal sent off a good shot on target. Bodhinmanas Varma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Massem Gala made a huge save.
