After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Angabhu Sangma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newton Heath FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angabhu Sangma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Acyutayu Dambria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Kisku De fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ledbury's protests and gave Kisku De a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Newton Heath FC's zone, Premjeet Gopalkrishnan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jalasa Warwaha came out of the goal and Premjeet Gopalkrishnan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the game, Newton Heath FC's Angabhu Sangma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Acyutayu Dambria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 91 minutes into the game, Dabhiti Jhuti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ledbury's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newton Heath FC the free kick. Dabhiti Jhuti kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Angabhu Sangma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Ledbury supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Newton Heath FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Newton Heath FC.
