Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Akhil Chahall started the match with the kick off. Kacangala Bharadwaj took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Janarajan Nahal. Janarajan Nahal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 13th minute, Kacangala Bharadwaj made a precise shot to the right of Janarajan Nahal. Machester United FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Kacangala Bharadwaj struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Janarajan Nahal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavenham. Janarajan Nahal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golaki Chhugani, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Indradatta Sran was a little too slow when Akhil Chahall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-2. Kacangala Bharadwaj kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Machester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kacangala Bharadwaj came free, but Janarajan Nahal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Lavenham's goalkeeper Indradatta Sran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akhil Chahall. In the 37th minute Machester United FC were awarded a corner. Ayutajit Sarkaria went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Alpasaras Gogia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Machester United FC's Janarajan Nahal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacangala Bharadwaj in the 42nd minute of play. After 42 played minutes Machester United FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaideva Kapoor. Golaki Chhugani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Janarajan Nahal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Machester United FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lavenham were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kacangala Bharadwaj to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Machester United FC got a freekick which was hit by Alpasaras Gogia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacangala Bharadwaj in the 60th minute of play forced Machester United FC's goalkeeper Janarajan Nahal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kacangala Bharadwaj came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Lavenham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kacangala Bharadwaj couldn't finish the play. Machester United FC's Janarajan Nahal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacangala Bharadwaj in the 77th minute of play. Janarajan Nahal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacangala Bharadwaj in the 81st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Machester United FC's zone, Golaki Chhugani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janarajan Nahal came out of the goal and Golaki Chhugani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute Akhil Chahall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Indradatta Sran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janarajan Nahal made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Golaki Chhugani sent off a good shot on target. Lavenham's Kacangala Bharadwaj got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Kacangala Bharadwaj off the ground. Indradatta Sran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alpasaras Gogia in the 96th minute of play. The Lavenham supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lavenham would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
