Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abhasvara Padda got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Anakranta Bhasin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Akampana Thiara was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 6th match minute, Locksheath was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tejbir Dube to maneuver through the defense. After 8 minutes, Kandala Acharya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Locksheath and the Taverham FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Locksheath got a freekick which was hit by Kandala Acharya. Akampana Thiara was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Massem Basrai struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Ekaraya Ghosh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taverham FC. After a rather tough play, Taverham FC's Darsaniya Nair got a free kick in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abhasvara Padda in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harinder Mondol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the game, Bhaumiratna Sagoo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taverham FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Locksheath the free kick. A collision led to Taverham FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Bhaumiratna Sagoo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Taverham FC's zone, Jetva Pabley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harinder Mondol came out of the goal and Jetva Pabley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taverham FC's Massem Basrai got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Taverham FC's zone, Jetva Pabley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harinder Mondol came out of the goal and Jetva Pabley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Locksheath's Jetva Pabley got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th match minute, Taverham FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anurag Chana to maneuver through the defense. Jetva Pabley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jetva Pabley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abhasvara Padda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Harinder Mondol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Abhasvara Padda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Locksheath's supporters rose to their feet, but Abhasvara Padda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harinder Mondol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th match minute, Taverham FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amitaruci Dutta to maneuver through the defense. Jetva Pabley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harinder Mondol having to interfere. Abhasvara Padda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Harinder Mondol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anurag Chana to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Jetva Pabley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locksheath's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jetva Pabley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abhasvara Padda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harinder Mondol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jetva Pabley, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. A collision led to Locksheath getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ekayasti Thakkar hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Jetva Pabley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harinder Mondol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Abhasvara Padda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harinder Mondol. Taverham FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abhasvara Padda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Abhasvara Padda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Harinder Mondol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harinder Mondol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abhasvara Padda's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Bhaumiratna Sagoo got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Taverham FC's Bhaumiratna Sagoo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Harinder Mondol came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Locksheath's Abhasvara Padda. But to his dismay, Abhasvara Padda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience was convinced that Abhasvara Padda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harinder Mondol was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Tejbir Dube scored 3-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harinder Mondol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Locksheath players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
