Spectators: 6769 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hasaratha Bansal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hasaratha Bansal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Iravan Roy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iravan Roy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hasaratha Bansal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Mafia's Hardhian Panu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save La Mafia from getting a goal against them. Anshuman Dhanoas short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Hardhian Panu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 16 minutes into the match, Ramleen Haito dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hardhian Panu, 1-0. A hard shot 20 in the game by Anshuman Dhanoa from a close distance when the talented Hardhian Panu managed to make a qualified save. La Mafia's players were relieved. Iravan Roy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prem Baweja in the 24th minute of play. When Katti Dhanoa fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Great Totham FC's protests and gave Katti Dhanoa a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes Great Totham FC got a freekick which was hit by Katti Dhanoa. Ramleen Haito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Hardhian Panu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prem Baweja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Iravan Roy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Katti Dhanoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hardhian Panu having to interfere. Hardhian Panu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anshuman Dhanoa in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramleen Haito made a kick off. Iravan Roy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hasaratha Bansal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vidyahar Khahera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasaratha Bansal in the 77th minute of play forced Great Totham FC's goalkeeper Iravan Roy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hasaratha Bansal came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the La Mafia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasaratha Bansal couldn't finish the play. If Hasaratha Bansal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Katti Dhanoa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. After having played for 90 minutes, Vidyahar Khahera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Great Totham FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vidyahar Khahera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arkin Ramesh hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
