The Keighley FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Keighley FC's Akampita Datta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Keighley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rajeswar Solanki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, St Agnes's goalkeeper Sunita Yeddyurappa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akampita Datta. 19 minutes into the game, Ashwini Warwaha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. St Agnes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Keighley FC the free kick. 20 minutes into the match, St Agnes's goalkeeper Sunita Yeddyurappa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akampita Datta. With a little luck, St Agnes's Sunita Yeddyurappa got control of the ball when Akampita Datta tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Rajeswar Solanki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sunita Yeddyurappa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rajeswar Solanki in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sunita Yeddyurappa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guirdeep Kalra hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Akampita Datta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rajeswar Solanki in the 42nd minute of play forced St Agnes's goalkeeper Sunita Yeddyurappa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. St Agnes's Sunita Yeddyurappa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save St Agnes from getting a goal against them. In the 47thth minute of the game Ashwini Warwaha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Keighley FC's Raghavan Rane was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ashwini Warwaha to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Brhat Takhar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute Ashwini Warwaha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raghavan Rane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sunita Yeddyurappa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akampita Datta, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Akampita Datta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keighley FC's Raghavan Rane proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Keighley FC from getting a goal against them. In the 69thth minute of the game Akampita Datta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but St Agnes's Sunita Yeddyurappa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sunita Yeddyurappa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akampita Datta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sunita Yeddyurappa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akampita Datta, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akampita Datta in the 86th minute of play forced St Agnes's goalkeeper Sunita Yeddyurappa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guirdeep Kalra kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Keighley FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
