In the last second Acananas Bhaura throw himself and got hold of the ball when Airidas Inčiūra in the 24thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Shireoaks's zone, Amerigo Biscotti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Acananas Bhaura came out of the goal and Amerigo Biscotti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Acananas Bhaura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Airidas Inčiūra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 played minutes Shireoaks got a freekick which was hit by Kujapa Gopalkrishnan. 28 minutes into the match, Shireoaks's goal looked a bit too open when Airidas Inčiūra came free, but Acananas Bhaura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Shireoaks getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Bhaskaran Padda hit a great ball. Antarjyotis Chaudhary was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Aroga Mathur hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Gregor van Olst blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Acananas Bhaura having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Haramanas Bhatia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wanlip's supporters rose to their feet, but Haramanas Bhatia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Shireoaks's zone, Gregor van Olst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Acananas Bhaura came out of the goal and Gregor van Olst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Avanindra Kelkar made a kick off. Acananas Bhaura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amerigo Biscotti in the 54th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Shireoaks defense, Airidas Inčiūra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Acananas Bhaura. The Shireoaks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Acananas Bhaura should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, Airidas Inčiūra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wanlip fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Amerigo Biscotti kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Amerigo Biscotti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Acananas Bhaura was relentless in the 70th minute of the game.
