Liverpools's Ittipon Ngaodej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siripong Trakansirivanich in the 3rd minute of play. Ittipon Ngaodej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pharasak Kongsri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Liverpools's goalkeeper Ittipon Ngaodej, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pharasak Kongsri took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ittipon Ngaodej. Ittipon Ngaodej dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 23 minutes into the game, Siripong Trakansirivanich cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ittipon Ngaodej was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Liverpools's Chusak Buntee slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Itdarit Mongkolhirunwasu. That made the score 1-2 after 27 minutes of play. In the 30th minute, Liverpools's Chusak Buntee dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Chusak Buntee fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 36th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Pharasak Kongsri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ittipon Ngaodej tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ban Dung FC's Siripong Trakansirivanich in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liverpools's goalie prevented a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Liverpools's goal looked a bit too open when Pharasak Kongsri came free, but Ittipon Ngaodej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tuangwut Maitreemitr to strike the kick off in the second half. Ittipon Ngaodej showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pharasak Kongsri in the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Ban Dung FC booed when Liverpools was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Poomtanit Nuizawa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Liverpools's goal looked a bit too open when Pharasak Kongsri came free, but Ittipon Ngaodej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Liverpools's zone, Siripong Trakansirivanich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ittipon Ngaodej came out of the goal and Siripong Trakansirivanich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Siripong Trakansirivanich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Liverpools's goalkeeper Ittipon Ngaodej, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Ban Dung FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Liverpools throughout the match.
