Bilbao Baggins's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Thanan Javaus ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 31st minute, Pit Sanghirun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bilbao Baggins fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Hamed Velidović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phuttaphan Maneerat, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 44 minutes into the match, ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ's goalkeeper Hamed Velidović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Phuttaphan Maneerat. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gideon Faturrahman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bilbao Baggins's Kevin Aas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ's Frank Öman got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After 65 minutes of play, ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ's Huang Xiong made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gideon Faturrahman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bilbao Baggins made a substitution. Issares Sinprasertwong replaced Kevin Aas. In the 68th minute Napapon Nasoongnearn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamed Velidović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
