Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) Semboeloe's Mahyadi Baso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jendry Sutarsa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zein Yudhoyono having to interfere. Zein Yudhoyono was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Juliadi Pattinasarani. Odod Giro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mahyadi Baso in the 16th minute of play. Tjemanggal's Juliadi Pattinasarani shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zein Yudhoyono but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanji Suryoprayogo in the 23rd minute of play forced Tjemanggal's goalkeeper Odod Giro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tanji Suryoprayogo in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Odod Giro saved Tjemanggal from getting behind. A collision led to Tjemanggal getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. I Gde Rangkuti hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Semboeloe's Mahyadi Baso got a free kick in the 27th minute. Odod Giro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mahyadi Baso in the 31st minute of play. Odod Giro came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Semboeloe's Mahyadi Baso. But to his dismay, Mahyadi Baso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 38th minute, Jendry Sutarsa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zein Yudhoyono, passed just outside the right post. Zein Yudhoyono showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eep Sugianto, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Jafar Saiman charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jafar Saiman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The wind increased when Eep Sugianto made the kick off in the second half. Zein Yudhoyono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico Widagdo in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Semboeloe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mahyadi Baso to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Sukri Abissay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tjemanggal's Odod Giro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahyadi Baso in the 64th minute of play. Jendry Sutarsa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Zein Yudhoyono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Jendry Sutarsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zein Yudhoyono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Semboeloe getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Andi Harjo hit a great ball. If Jendry Sutarsa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jendry Sutarsa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tanji Suryoprayogo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tjemanggal's Jendry Sutarsa got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Mahyadi Baso came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Semboeloe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahyadi Baso couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tanji Suryoprayogo got free with Odod Giro in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Semboeloe players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tjemanggal from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
