Spectators: 7699 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1949, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nguyễn Thi Ngoc got the match started through his kick off. Nghiêm Diem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trần Thai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nguyễn Duong fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ayun Pa's protests and gave Nguyễn Duong a yellow card for diving instead. Nguyễn Duong hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Ngô Minh Phượng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nghiêm Diem having to interfere. Đào Than recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Ayun Pa's Ngô Minh Phượng nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nghiêm Diem made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Nguyễn Tu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nghiêm Diem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Nghiêm Diem came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Ayun Pa's Ngô Minh Phượng. But to his dismay, Ngô Minh Phượng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in PADFC's zone, Đào Than stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nghiêm Diem came out of the goal and Đào Than tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 37 minutes, Ngô Minh Phượng made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. PADFC's Nghiêm Diem tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Trần Thai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nghiêm Diem having to interfere. Đào Than took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nghiêm Diem. Nghiêm Diem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6.

The wind increased when Ngô Minh Phượng made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ngô Minh Phượng in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nghiêm Diem saved PADFC from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, Ayun Pa's Đào Than sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nghiêm Diem narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Triệu Hung fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PADFC's protests and gave Triệu Hung a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, PADFC's Triệu Hung got a free kick in the 58th minute. After 62 played minutes PADFC got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Hanh. When Ngô Minh Phượng came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ayun Pa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ngô Minh Phượng couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Nghiêm Diem successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ngô Minh Phượng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Đào Than fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nghiêm Diem having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Trần Thai got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Trần Thai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nghiêm Diem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Đào Than recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ayun Pa's Ngô Minh Phượng got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ayun Pa played a much better game than PADFC and deserved their victory. The PADFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
