Benjamin Bell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ong Tioe went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ong Tioe made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 10thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Benjamin Bell would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Rory Shackleton kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ong Tioe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ong Tioe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zack Moody recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nathan Fairfax in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anil Boon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st match minute, Guildford AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Hodges to maneuver through the defense. Witney FC's Prime Hee couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Guildford AFC. 27 minutes into the match, Guildford AFC's goalkeeper Benjamin Bell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ong Tioe. After a rather tough play, Guildford AFC's David Westlake got a free kick in the 28th minute. Ong Tioe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Benjamin Bell when he managed to save the team from getting behind. David Westlake charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Westlake the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Guildford AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. David Westlake hit a great ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Sarb Chong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Witney FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sarb Chong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nathan Fairfax received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Anil Boon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sarb Chong in the 39th minute of play forced Guildford AFC's goalkeeper Benjamin Bell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guildford AFC's Benjamin Bell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarb Chong in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Witney FC's Bineesh Chuan got a free kick in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nathan Fairfax made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Witney FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nathan Fairfax came free, but Anil Boon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anil Boon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zack Moody, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Zack Moody managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guildford AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zack Moody was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anil Boon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ong Tioe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bineesh Chuan hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Zack Moody had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guildford AFC's goalkeeper Benjamin Bell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nathan Fairfax received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Anil Boon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 87 in the game by Zack Moody from a close distance when the talented Anil Boon managed to make a qualified save. Witney FC's players were relieved. A collision led to Guildford AFC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Zack Moody hit a great ball. Ong Tioe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Guildford AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Witney FC.
