Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mujahid Au, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 8 minutes into the match, Aziz Tee notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Seaton AFC's Mujahid Au. Mujahid Au was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute, Felix Nair ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. SK Pillai was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 20thth minute of the game Aziz Tee who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seaton AFC's Mujahid Au was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerry Seng during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 24 in the game by Didi Ramachandran from a close distance when the talented Mujahid Au managed to make a qualified save. Seaton AFC's players were relieved. Mujahid Au made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Tee in the 25th minute of play. Mujahid Au made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Didi Ramachandran sent off a good shot on target. Aziz Tee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 minutes, Didi Ramachandran made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Seaton AFC's Mujahid Au tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the game, one of Great United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 44th minute, Didi Ramachandran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Great United fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Great United's Didi Ramachandran looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Didi Ramachandran to make the kick off. Mujahid Au made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prime Chian in the 51st minute of play. When the match had been going on for 53 minutes, Seaton AFC's Shukrie Shiong got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of SK Pillai. Didi Ramachandran succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-2. SK Pillai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steven Chian, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Shukrie Shiong hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shukrie Shiong during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute, Shukrie Shiong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th match minute, Great United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wong Dyce to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Seaton AFC's Steven Chian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that SK Pillai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Seaton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Didi Ramachandran came free, but Mujahid Au reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prime Chian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mujahid Au took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Ramachandran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mujahid Au made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prime Chian in the 81st minute of play. Felix Nair's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, SK Pillai skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Prime Chian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mujahid Au tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steven Chian struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. SK Pillai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seaton AFC. Prime Chian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Didi Ramachandran struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Mujahid Au didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Great United. Didi Ramachandran's late challenge caught a Seaton AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Didi Ramachandran helped the player get up and apologised. Didi Ramachandran hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Great United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
