Spectators: 6937 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1937, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Afiz Wah got the match started through his kick off. If Firdauz Swee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th minute Afiz Wah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone Kemp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Len Fitzsymon hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Donny Rotherfield's late challenge caught a Mill Hill's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donny Rotherfield helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Donny Rotherfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mill Hill's Ang Abisheganaden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Len Fitzsymon in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 played minutes Stokenchurch got a freekick which was hit by Donny Rotherfield. Len Fitzsymon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ang Abisheganaden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afiz Wah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Stokenchurch's goal looked a bit too open when Afiz Wah came free, but Tyrone Kemp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Firdauz Swee might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tyrone Kemp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Firdauz Swee ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Mill Hill were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Len Fitzsymon was the one to do the kick off. Ang Abisheganaden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vernon May in the 57th minute of the match. When Afiz Wah came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Mill Hill fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afiz Wah couldn't finish the play. Bryan Sum kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Mill Hill booed when Stokenchurch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donny Rotherfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. Firdauz Swee was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 75th minute. Mill Hill's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afiz Wah in the 76th minute of play forced Stokenchurch's goalkeeper Tyrone Kemp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Stokenchurch's Vernon May sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ang Abisheganaden narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Stokenchurch's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Afiz Wah fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Afiz Wah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mill Hill had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
