Spectators: 8976 (Terracing: 6891, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 85) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Faizal Hock kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Slice of Life was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wong Abisheganaden to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the game, Faizal Hock cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Yakiv Vaseruk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zafran Henderson kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Bryan Soon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jithu Rajah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bryan Soon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Jithu Rajah when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Asiz Hong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jithu Rajah was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 15th minute, Zafran Henderson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Danbery City's Jithu Rajah got control of the ball when Bryan Soon tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Jithu Rajah managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Slice of Life's Bryan Soon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Slice of Life's Bryan Soon was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 23rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zafran Henderson during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bryan Soon got free with Jithu Rajah in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Firdauz Chee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 36th play minutes Bryan Soon shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Jithu Rajah and just under the crossbar into goal. Bryan Soon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Jithu Rajah made a huge save. In the 47th minute, Bryan Soon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Slice of Life fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bryan Soon to strike the kick off in the second half. Zafran Henderson kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Bryan Soon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jithu Rajah having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Soon in the 61st minute of play forced Danbery City's goalkeeper Jithu Rajah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bryan Soon might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jithu Rajah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bryan Soon ran back to his position shaking his head. Jithu Rajah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bryan Soon's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Faizal Hock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakiv Vaseruk having to interfere. Jithu Rajah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bryan Soon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82ndth minute of the game Bryan Soon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Danbery City's Jithu Rajah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Firdauz Chee came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Slice of Life fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Firdauz Chee couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Bryan Soon notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Danbery City's Jithu Rajah. Jithu Rajah was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Bryan Soon made a precise shot to the right of Jithu Rajah. Danbery City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The supporters of Slice of Life booed when Danbery City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darren Chong didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Slice of Life players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
