Jithu Henderson took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rifki Lim. Rifki Lim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Azli Hee took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rifki Lim. Rifki Lim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Rifki Lim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sajeev Rajah in the 11th minute of the match. Jonathan Hong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Chandran, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 20 played minutes Toa Payoh Town got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Abisheganaden. Sajeev Rajah came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rifki Lim could save by the left post. Rifki Lim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jithu Henderson went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the game, Mirfield United fc's Sajeev Rajah nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rifki Lim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Rifki Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mujahid Chandran in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Chandran in the 36th minute of play forced Mirfield United fc's goalkeeper Jonathan Hong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mujahid Chandran kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Jithu Henderson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rifki Lim. The goal made the score 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Sajeev Rajah blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rifki Lim having to make a save. In the 52nd minute, Jithu Henderson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mirfield United fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Toa Payoh Town's Rifki Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sajeev Rajah in the 57th minute of play. Rifki Lim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jithu Henderson went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Toa Payoh Town's Bryan Seah got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 68 minutes into the game, Mujahid Chandran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Rifki Lim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st match minute, Toa Payoh Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Hongyi to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match Mujahid Chandran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rifki Lim showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Toa Payoh Town's Azli Butcher got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, Hamir Shiong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Chandran's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Jonathan Hong skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 80 minutes into the match, Sajeev Rajah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rifki Lim. Toa Payoh Town's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sajeev Rajah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Arif Liang kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Jonathan Chandran who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Hong when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Toa Payoh Town's Afiz Siang got a free kick in the 90th minute. Sajeev Rajah blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rifki Lim having to make a save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mirfield United fc fully deserved thier win.
