Ponyong Galacio was slow to take the kick. During this time Napakatalino NRH's players had a chance to rest. Napakatalino NRH's Felix Monfort was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Roy Gutilban in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jovanie Balaoing hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes, San Jacinto United™'s Cristofer Galang shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kirk Jocson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in San Jacinto United™ reached it. Noli Gutilban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ponyong Galacio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Roy Gutilban made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, San Jacinto United™'s goal looked a bit too open when Noli Gutilban came free, but Roy Gutilban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roy Gutilban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noli Gutilban in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in San Jacinto United™'s zone, Noli Gutilban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roy Gutilban came out of the goal and Noli Gutilban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christopher Limson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Felix Monfort struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Roy Gutilban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Napakatalino NRH. A collision led to San Jacinto United™ getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Robert Matundan hit a great ball. Christopher Limson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Kirk Jocson made a huge save. 69 minutes into the game, Steve Kahid was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Napakatalino NRH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Jacinto United™ the free kick. After 69 played minutes Napakatalino NRH got a freekick which was hit by Steve Kahid. With his leg Kirk Jocson managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when San Jacinto United™'s Christopher Limson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 79 minutes into the game, Christopher Limson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kirk Jocson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute Noli Gutilban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roy Gutilban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Napakatalino NRH made a substitution.
