In the 18th minute, Ainar Vananurk made a precise shot to the right of Haikal Subagdja. PSS Cireundeu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Awalludin Oktavianus struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Ciro Caccavale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSS Cireundeu. Ciro Caccavale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micky Wibowo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ainar Vananurk took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haikal Subagdja. Haikal Subagdja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ainar Vananurk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Haikal Subagdja skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 36th minute Rochy Oktavianus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Caccavale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Gustavo Erlantz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Caccavale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Awalludin Oktavianus in the 39th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dewa Wijaya to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Jatuh Ketaren in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Urawa Reds's Serafino Txindoki. In the 69th minute of the game Jatuh Ketaren made a throw-in which Awalludin Oktavianus played forward. Ciro Caccavale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Awalludin Oktavianus in the 70th minute. Ciro Caccavale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joko Dewa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ainar Vananurk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haikal Subagdja having to interfere. If Ainar Vananurk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Awalludin Oktavianus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Caccavale was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 汪峰翀 hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. PSS Cireundeu's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Urawa Reds had won, even though PSS Cireundeu had held more of the ball.
