Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Femi Sinuraya to make the kick off. Kolabambu's Kitam Sinambela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Kolabambu from getting a goal against them. With his leg Kitam Sinambela managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Mahendra's Hardy Sinuhaji fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mahendra's Dian Pane got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Mahendra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Joshua Sinambela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Joshua Sinambela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Kitam Sinambela made a huge save. Mahendra's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
