Reynaldo Sipayung made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Donny Reza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darius Eiboy in the 28th minute of the match. Darius Eiboy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Sipayung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bongky Sitepu in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th of the match, Bongky Sitepu tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Reynaldo Sipayung got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 38thth minute of the game Darius Eiboy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sabah's Donny Reza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Reynaldo Sipayung didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Darius Eiboy made the kick off in the second half. Sabah's Donny Reza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darius Eiboy in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute Bongky Sitepu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Sipayung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Leuwihalang was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daus Idris to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Uum Ie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sabah's supporters rose to their feet, but Uum Ie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Sipayung breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donny Reza didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Leuwihalang's Darius Eiboy shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darius Eiboy in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Reynaldo Sipayung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bongky Sitepu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A collision led to Sabah getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Bongky Sitepu hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darius Eiboy in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donny Reza saved Sabah from getting behind. After 86 minutes Leuwihalang's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hastomo Sembiring who took care of the corner kick. Reynaldo Sipayung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ari Pane in the 88th minute of play. Reynaldo Sipayung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ari Pane in the 89th minute of the match. Reynaldo Sipayung came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sabah's Uum Ie. But to his dismay, Uum Ie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 96th minute, Bongky Sitepu made a precise shot to the right of Reynaldo Sipayung. Leuwihalang's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2.
