Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mulyana Subagdja started the match with the kick off. Micky Mainaky hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Steve Sinuraya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laleia's Porman Sinulingga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dewa Eiboy in the 8th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Laleia got a freekick which was hit by Ferry Tarigan. Widodo Barus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Porman Sinulingga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve Sinuraya in the 19th minute of play forced Laleia's goalkeeper Porman Sinulingga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Porman Sinulingga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Widodo Barus in the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Pangkatan's goal looked a bit too open when Mulyana Subagdja came free, but Mulyana Idris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Pangkatan's Dewa Eiboy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Porman Sinulingga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Porman Sinulingga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Sinuraya in the 28th minute of the match. Porman Sinulingga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paijo Sinambela, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With his leg Mulyana Idris managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Laleia's Mulyana Subagdja fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mulyana Subagdja during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute, Mulyana Subagdja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Laleia's goal looked a bit too open when Dewa Eiboy came free, but Porman Sinulingga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Porman Sinulingga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paijo Sinambela in the 40th minute of play. Steve Sinuraya succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. After some careless play in the Laleia defense, Dewa Eiboy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Porman Sinulingga. The Laleia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Porman Sinulingga should have stopped the shot. After the first half Pangkatan were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Steve Sinuraya to strike the kick off in the second half. Steve Sinuraya was extremely unlucky when he, in the 50th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Candra Romatua was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 62 minutes into the match. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Laleia! The referee gave Pangkatan a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Widodo Barus, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Laleia's Porman Sinulingga. 2-4. 72 minutes into the match, Steve Sinuraya dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Porman Sinulingga, 2-5. Pangkatan's Mulyana Idris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mulyana Subagdja in the 75th minute of play. Porman Sinulingga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steve Sinuraya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pangkatan's Dewa Eiboy got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Laleia's goal looked a bit too open when Steve Sinuraya came free, but Porman Sinulingga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Laleia's goalkeeper Porman Sinulingga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Widodo Barus. Widodo Barus kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Mulyana Idris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bulsky Ridliwan's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pangkatan walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
