When 顾青宽 in the 40th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or 谢默博 kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 顾青宽 hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, 顾青宽 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 潇湘哀牢山's supporters rose to their feet, but 顾青宽 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 谢默博 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

With an all-out effort, 【五星联盟】冰绿城's 龚德明 threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 杜星平, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 潘伟卫 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 龚德明 having to interfere. 谢默博 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 范军骏 in the 70th minute of play. 范军骏 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 谢默博 having to make a save. 吕翀竞 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but 龚德明 made a huge save. 顾青宽 took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 谢默博. 谢默博 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When 高锋川 came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the 潇湘哀牢山 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 高锋川 couldn't finish the play. 潘伟卫 succeeded in the game's 97th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. When the referee ended the match the 潇湘哀牢山 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
