Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lawrance Dearn made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Brombin's zone, Justin Kirkham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. James Jeffress came out of the goal and Justin Kirkham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rudolph Flisfeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hackham's Payton Renshaw got a free kick in the 11th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Brombin's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolph Flisfeder came free, but James Jeffress reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. James Jeffress showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justin Kirkham, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Kale Hunter hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Rex Pegrum was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Brice Locke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brombin's supporters rose to their feet, but Brice Locke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abe Andrusiow breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Brice Locke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Hackham's goal looked a bit too open when Lawrance Dearn came free, but Abe Andrusiow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lawrance Dearn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Lawrance Dearn notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hackham's Abe Andrusiow. Abe Andrusiow was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. James Jeffress made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justin Kirkham in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Justin Kirkham stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Brice Locke took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abe Andrusiow. Abe Andrusiow dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 60th match minute, Brombin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Burton to maneuver through the defense. Justin Kirkham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Rudolph Flisfeder fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of James Jeffress, passed just outside the right post. Ace Luckham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Brombin's James Jeffress got control of the ball when Rudolph Flisfeder tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 78 played minutes Hackham got a freekick which was hit by Justin Kirkham. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brice Locke in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abe Andrusiow prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Calver during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th minute, Edgar Calver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hackham's Abe Andrusiow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lawrance Dearn in the 83rd minute of play. Abe Andrusiow stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brice Locke's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lawrance Dearn in the 87th minute of play forced Hackham's goalkeeper Abe Andrusiow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudolph Flisfeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
