Spectators: 5762 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jayden Nolan kicked off to start the match. Dane Tresise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Parker Awage fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yuelba's protests and gave Parker Awage a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Parker Awage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Dane Tresise in the 12th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Barry Trenoweth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curtis Tinsley in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Curtis Tinsley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yuelba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Curtis Tinsley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barry Trenoweth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curtis Tinsley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yuelba's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Jayden Nolan scored to the left of an out of position Pearce Wang, making the score, 1-0. In the 25thth minute of the game Dane Tresise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bland's Barry Trenoweth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Yuelba's Curtis Tinsley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Barry Trenoweth narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Barry Trenoweth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Curtis Tinsley's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Dane Tresise managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yuelba's supporters rose to their feet, but Dane Tresise was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barry Trenoweth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bland's Barry Trenoweth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curtis Tinsley in the 36th minute of play. Dane Tresise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dane Tresise in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barry Trenoweth saved Bland from getting behind. Benson Baxter hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Edward Digiuseppe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Curtis Tinsley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When Rod Alcock came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Yuelba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rod Alcock couldn't finish the play. Barry Trenoweth didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Barry Trenoweth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curtis Tinsley, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Dane Tresise struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Barry Trenoweth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yuelba. Dane Tresise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benson Baxter's late challenge caught a Yuelba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benson Baxter helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th match minute, Bland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benson Baxter to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute of the match Benjy Tauschke shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barry Trenoweth showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Yuelba's Dane Tresise sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Barry Trenoweth narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dane Tresise got free with Barry Trenoweth in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jarrett Fynn struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Pearce Wang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bland. If Curtis Tinsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curtis Tinsley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edward Digiuseppe during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Bland fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Yuelba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
