Spectators: 7996 (Terracing: 5998, Seating: 1839, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Clay Askew took the kick off in the first half of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Grant Cochrane in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Red Castle SC's Bill Lander. The crowd rose to their feet as Clay Askew kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andres Clarke. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Bringagee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davey Brennand to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Edwardo Gillingwater hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barnard Jury hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bill Lander in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Krause saved Bringagee from getting behind. Barnard Jury hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. David Krause made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Munroe Fortington in the 39th minute of play. Andres Loch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Krause having to interfere.

The supporters of Bringagee booed when Red Castle SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barnard Jury didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Barnard Jury had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lorimer Duggan came free in the 87th minute and tried to tip the ball over David Krause, but to the joy of Bringagee's supporters the ball went over. Bringagee were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Red Castle SC for a fine match.
