If Alvin Hodson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luck Ziliotto in the 40th minute of play forced Collingwood's goalkeeper Berke Curtis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berke Curtis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvin Hodson's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Berke Curtis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. After 58 played minutes Old Town FC got a freekick which was hit by Navarro Tresise. Luck Ziliotto kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Luck Ziliotto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Berke Sobezak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paul Devine was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Old Town FC's Paul Devine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berke Sobezak in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, Collingwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bill Bacon to maneuver through the defense. When Luck Ziliotto came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Old Town FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luck Ziliotto couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute Navarro Tresise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berke Curtis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Collingwood fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Old Town FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
